Starting Pay Rate: $23.58 an hour – paid weekly.

Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed).

This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in shipping and receiving and a willingness to work in a growing environment.

This position will manage the dock receiving area, oversee the efficient and accurate receipt of vendor and UPS shipments, coordinate the organization of goods, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage receipts of incoming shipments at the dock.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packaging slips.
• Work with the Procurement team on delivery discrepancies and compliance concerns.
• Ensure deliveries are properly labeled, sorted, and stored in appropriate areas.
• Promote a positive and safe work environment, addressing concerns or conflicts.
• Execute receiving policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy of inbound deliveries.
• Maintain appropriate records for all inbound goods (Non-poly and MRO).
• Act as a liaison between MFG planning & Procurement to support the manufacturing schedule.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing activities and challenges.
• Provide feedback on vendor on‑time performance.

• High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree or relevant certification in logistics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder) is a plus.
• Self‑directed and proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high analytical ability.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution follow‑through.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
