Job Title:
Marketing & Content Specialist
Location:
Woodridge, IL (in‑office, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Works cross‑functionally, manages content/design
Oxygen Health Systems (OHS) delivers cutting‑edge hyperbaric chamber solutions and wellness products. We’re looking for a marketing professional who can craft engaging content, maintain a consistent brand voice, and manage both paid and organic digital channels. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll create multimedia content, lead a design team, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and grow our social media presence (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create original content that tells our brand story: graphics, short‑form videos, Reels, stories, ad creatives, and other multimedia.
- Ensure a coherent and consistent brand identity across all channels and campaigns.
- Lead the Bangladesh‑based design team: provide creative direction, review content, and ensure high‑quality, on‑brand output.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with company goals.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new approaches as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong creative skills: graphic design and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns and Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
- Ability to develop and maintain a coherent brand voice across channels.
- Data‑driven mindset: analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience managing or collaborating with remote creative teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing social media content, graphics, videos, and campaigns demonstrating brand consistency.
Skills:
- Experience in wellness, health, or consumer tech industries.
- Familiarity with additional digital platforms:
Linked In Ads, Tik Tok Ads, or marketing automation tools. - Experience leading a small creative/design team.
- Creative mindset and passion for building a strong, recognizable brand.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Team‑first attitude and skill in managing cross‑functional and global creative teams.
- Enthusiasm for analyzing data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
