GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage , Starbucks) (T0866)  Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide excellent guest service.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment when certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Climb ladders; move and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including during Drive-Up or carryout duties.
• Be mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
