We are looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Woodridge, IL location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the general manager through day‑to‑day operations, generating new business through cold calls, managing ongoing relationships, and closing sales. • Make outbound cold calls to prospective B2B customers
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past client contacts to develop sales opportunities
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and service
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions
• Track and manage sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal‑oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
