Inventory Clerk

Pay range starting at $17.50 per hour and up, based on experience.

Location:

Woodridge, IL

• Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed for daily operations.
• Assist other departments as needed including, but not limited to, Picking and Receiving.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Ensure that all inventory management procedures are followed throughout our facilities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and efficient flow of materials from receiving to put away.
• Ensure Bottling materials are picked accurately and staged to be delivered by 7am daily.
• Assist Inventory Manager with processing sample shipments.
• Utilize data in Warehouse Management System to compile and send out Production email by 8am daily.

• Ability to lift to 45 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand on concrete for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems.

Individuals demonstrating the skills and competencies outlined below may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the range:

• Experience operating with a high level of autonomy, including independently identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Advanced working knowledge of inventory systems including cycle counting, bin location management, first-in/first-out procedures, and stock adjustments.
• Prior forklift operation experience or the ability to be certified as a forklift operator within 90 days of hire.

Typical hours for this position are 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday but may run longer depending on workload. Occasional Fridays as needed primarily during November and December. Our warehouse team directly supports our restaurants and may work on company holidays.
