- Provide psycho-educational groups, physical activities, therapeutic and scholastic assignments, and coach pro-social skills by modeling healthy relationship building.
- Use compassionate listening and redirect negativity to help residents feel safe and support healing past trauma.
- Collaborate with peers to promote pro-social skills and improve self-esteem.
- Engage consistently and supervise residents to ensure safety and provide needed routines.
- PRN/As needed status with schedule flexibility: AM shift 6am‑2pm, PM shift 2pm‑10pm, GRAVE shift 10pm‑6am.
- Double time for holidays.
- Generous shift differential—additional pay per hour depending on shift.

- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred or pursuing. - Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass a criminal history background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours—choose available shifts.

- Consistency—dependable presence that residents can count on.
- Empathy, patience, and compassion to connect with teenagers suffering low self-esteem, sadness, anger, and grief.
- Insight and ability to connect with teens dealing with trauma and abuse.
Hourly rates from $16.00 to $24.78 per hour based on education and relevant experience, plus an additional $2.00 to $4.00 per hour depending on day and shift.
