As a Licensed Clinician, you’ll supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors and collaborate with our medical director, program director, nurses, and other counselors to meet patients' clinical needs and support their overall well‑being.

• Work with patients to complete intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Document patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
• Complete patient psychosocial and individualized treatment plans within the required time frame.
• Identify any clinical/case management needs and work to address those needs.
• Perform individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Perform at least 20 hours of direct one‑on‑one patient contact weekly through individual and/or group counseling sessions.
• Educate patients in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues, and steps to recovery.
• Obtain Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
• Always act in the best interests of the program and company; honor, support, and protect proprietary data and rights.

Experience

Required:

Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not required.
