DIRECTOR, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (BEHAVIORAL RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER)

Exempt Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 dependent on education & experience.
Status: Full-Time w/ rotating on-call requirement – Five shifts per week (Sun through Thurs OR Tues through Sat)
Location: 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross, UT
Your goals and objectives will include:- Oversee the therapeutic milieu to ensure the resident units are safe and the care being delivered is appropriate and within the parameters of the facility policies and procedures, Resident Handbook and Trauma Informed Care
- Provide direct staff supervision, staff training, meetings, staff team building
- Maintain an understanding of relevant HR policies and ensure staff adhere to and are aware of relevant HR policies. Conduct performance evaluations and document discipline and coaching.
- Set an example as a leader and representative of administration by upholding all policies and procedures, adherence to the Resident Handbook, dress code and modeling appropriate boundaries.
Your qualifications will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or other similar human/social service field is HIGHLY preferred.
- Three years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a behavioral residential facility required.
- Requires strong written and oral communication skills and ability to prioritize time and responsibilities.
- Leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage a resident milieu and staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills when working with residents, staff, families, referral agencies and visitors.
- MUST be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen
