As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects ranging from $5,000 to $1.5 million. This role requires excellent organizational skills to handle material procurement, labor scheduling, and project logistics. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with field personnel, negotiating schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track. This position involves frequent travel, typically 2-5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with office and field teams to meet project goals.
- Manage material orders, inventory, and maintain a detailed material log.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Coordinate with other trades on site, sequence tasks, and handle project scheduling.
- Conduct regular job site visits, toolbox talks, and attend project meetings.
- Manage project budgets, process change orders, and handle field orders weekly.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
- Complete project close‑out tasks, including punch lists and return of site keys/cards.
- Any interest, experience, or education in construction or related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to foster collaboration and effectively drive project goals.
