Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) - CHANGE YOUR PACE and consider a career in Behavioral Health! Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE plus generous shift differential for night and weekend shifts

Schedule:

Full-Time (36 hrs): (3) 12-hr shifts SUN, MON & TUES 6:00pm - 6:00am

Woods Cross, UT

Your role & requirements:

• Completes assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care
• Administers medications as assigned, serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses, educates residents about their medications, checks for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy
• Promotes and provides health care teaching to residents
• Valid Utah RN or Multi-State Compact authority to practice
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older, able to pass a background check and drug screen
