Registered Nurse (PRN)

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour dependent on education & experience, plus generous shift differential for evening, grave and weekend shifts

Status: PRN (8 hr shifts) - 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am –
NO benefits package

• Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care
• Administers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications
• Check for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy
• Respond to and assess resident's medical needs and promote and provide health care teaching to residents
• Proactively identify potential crisis situations and respond appropriately
• Function as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner

• Licensed as an RN in the State of Utah or authorization to practice in Utah
• Prefer one year of experience, but are willing to consider the right new graduate
• Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality
• Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen
