Registered Nurse (PRN)

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, dependent on education & experience, plus generous shift differential for evening, grave and weekend shifts.

Status: PRN (8 hr shifts) – 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, 10:00 pm–6:00 am.
NO benefits package.

Location: 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross, UT

• Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and providing individualized nursing care
• Administering medications as assigned and serving as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications
• Checking for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documenting medications according to policy
• Responding to and assessing residents' medical needs and promoting and providing health‑care teaching to residents
• Being proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriately
• Functioning as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit operates in a safe and therapeutic manner

• Licensed as an RN in the State of Utah or authorized to practice in Utah
• Prefer one year of experience, but willing to consider a qualified new graduate
• Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality
• Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre‑employment drug screen
