HVAC New Construction Installer
Alta Air Conditioning & Heating – Woods Cross, UT

We’re expanding and looking for a skilled, experienced HVAC New Construction Installer to join our installation team.
What You’ll Do- Install HVAC systems in new custom homes & multifamily construction projects with a high level of quality and craftsmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and spec sheets.
- Install ductwork, furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, air handlers and ventilation systems according to local codes and company standards.
- Work closely with builders, superintendents, and other Alta Air team members to keep projects on schedule.
- Perform jobsite walkthroughs to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and safety.
- Train or mentor junior installers when needed.
- 8+ years of HVAC new construction installation experience required.
- Strong understanding of duct design, airflow, and equipment placement.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced build environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
