Join Agropur in Woodstock, Ontario, as a People Coordinator and provide essential support for effective operations. This full-time position prioritizes health & safety and administrative tasks for the Plant Manager's team.
As a People & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and supporting the department’s daily activities.
Your role includes preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies. You will assist with Disability and CNESST files and aid the Plant Director in reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare memos, presentations, and communication materials
• Handle logistics for plant visits and activities
• Follow up on employee training records
• Support ethical audits with organized documentation
• Manage the inventory of office supplies
Requirements:
• At least three years in a similar administrative role
• Education in Business Administration is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to handle sensitive health & safety documentation
• Knowledge of French is a plus for Quebec positions
