Your Responsibilities

You’ll lead infrastructure construction projects from project award through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements

In this role, you’ll oversee project financials including forecasting, cost tracking, margin protection, and progress billing

You’ll manage procurement activities and subcontractor administration, including scope definition, negotiations, performance management, and issue resolution

You’ll coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, field leadership, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong stakeholder relationships

In this role, you’ll drive change management processes and support contract administration, documentation, and project reporting

You’ll proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery

You’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and post‑project reviews

Skills and Qualifications

5–7+ years of progressive civil or infrastructure construction experience with 2 years of project management responsibility

Experience in sewer and watermain and general contracting

Strong understanding of infrastructure scopes including earthworks, sewer and watermain, restoration, traffic control, and temporary works

Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, scheduling, subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration on active construction projects

Proficiency with project controls, scheduling software, Excel, and document management systems

Strong ability to interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and project correspondence

Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and leadership skills

Post‑secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

PMP, C.E.T./C.Tech, Gold Seal, or similar designation is considered an asset

Technical skills:  Bluebeam and Excel
