Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost modelling and planning for Tender processes

• Attend design team meetings to support project development

• Complete financial reporting and site progress evaluations

• Manage procurement tasks and contract documentation

• Assist in valuations and due diligence reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying

• Effective communication and decision-making skills

• Proactive and driven with strong organizational abilities

• Team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines

• Permanent right to work in the UK and/or Ireland
