• Complete checklists and submit to advance building stages
• Accurately mark out homes for various trades
• Enforce cleanliness and oversee material management
• Address safety concerns promptly to ensure site safety
Requirements:
• 5+ years in residential construction
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Strong hands-on construction skills
• Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code
• Health & Safety certifications beneficial
