Requirements:
• 1st Class Chief Engineer certification essential
• Proven experience in plant operations and maintenance coordination
• Familiarity with GMS and continuous improvement methods
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Background in industrial or automotive sectors preferable
