At Hydra Dyne Technology, we engineer and manufacture custom hydraulic components for leading OEMs. This senior role involves managing projects through design phases, conducting analyses, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. You'll collaborate with teams, mentor junior designers, and drive continuous improvement in our engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from concept to production phases
• Design and release hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Conduct FEA and other analytical tests
• Maintain project documentation and databases
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in engineering technology
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience
• Intermediate/advanced Solid Works proficiency
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
