Partnering with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and fostering long-term connections through ongoing support and guidanceLeveraging data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practicesCollaborating with your team to achieve shared objectives while enhancing the client experience and demonstrating a commitment to service excellenceMonitoring productivity and service delivery, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and championing continuous improvement initiativesStaying informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planningSharing your expertise by mentoring and guiding colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environmentUpholding a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetiteEngaging fully as a valued team member and contributing to a positive, service-oriented workplaceWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred)Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensedCommitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role.CFP Eligibility requirements:
University Degree OR meet one of the following:
Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience
Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applyingKey Skills That Set You Apart
