Position: FirstOntario Credit Adjudicator Role - Hybrid
Elevate your career with First Ontario Credit Union as a Credit Adjudicator in a hybrid setting in Woodstock, ON. This role focuses on mortgage adjudication and member service.

We are looking for two candidates who have a minimum of three years of ALT A lending experience. Your responsibilities will include adjudicating mortgage credit submissions and advising the broker network. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and adherence to compliance regulations, as well as effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and recommend decisions on mortgage applications

• Monitor quality and accuracy of credit submissions

• Engage in service improvements and technology implementations

• Handle broker inquiries with professional expertise

• Communicate effectively in management meetings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent

• 3+ years experience in ALT A lending

• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures

• Familiarity with Valeyo Criterion and similar platforms

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
