Elevate financial leadership as the Finance Director with Dexter/Dex Ko in Elkhart, Indiana. This role integrates accounting oversight and operational finance to drive profitability and efficiency.

As a senior financial leader, you will take charge of accounting, financial planning, and cost management for the Heavy Duty Business Unit. Collaborating with plant management and corporate finance, you will optimize production costs and strengthen internal controls. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to enhance profitability and cost efficiencies

• Provide financial analysis to support operational decisions

• Lead and mentor an accounting team to improve processes

• Oversee compliance with GST/HST and provincial sales taxes

• Prepare annual budgets and maintain strong internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; 10+ years of experience

• Significant manufacturing environment experience

• Strong cost accounting and financial reporting knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI preferred

• CPA/CMA preferred but not required
