TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for its Woodstock branch. In this position, you will engage customers to resolve their banking queries while guiding them towards appropriate services and team members. Strong communication and banking knowledge are paramount as you educate customers on digital banking and enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial advice and service transactions daily
• Guide customers to the right staff for solutions
• Educate on digital banking tools and services
• Support cash handling and resolve critical issues
• Recommend improvements to enhance operations
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years experience
• Investment Funds Canada licensing within 90 days
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
