Admixture and Batch Operator

JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Admixture and Batch Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure our products meet the highest levels of performance.

THE DAY TO DAY
Operate batching system according to approved mix designsAccurately weigh and hand-add required materials into mixer (bags, fibers, additives)Follow batch sequence and timing to ensure consistent mix qualityMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Watch for contamination, incorrect materials or batching errorsWork closely with the floor supervisor to prioritize daily production needs.Clean mixers and hand add platform between product runs.Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment stays in good working condition.Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.Perform all other duties as assigned by management.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Safety-conscious and dependable team player.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Strong attention to detail and quality.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required — we provide training!HOW TO APPLY
