Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform weld verification requirements for plant and customer needs ensuring accuracy to the required test standardsProvide weld verification support for new product activities, process change activities and problem investigationsCreate and maintain proper documentation of inspection resultsMaintain microscope in good working condition and perform validation checks during and after machine useMaintain weekly and monthly reporting metricsProvide support for CMM and Laser Scanner measurement activitiesProvide support for Gauge Calibration and Repair activitiesAll other relevant dutiesMinimum Education / Training Required
Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent certificate or diplomaGrade 12, GED, or equivalent3 years related experience in Tier 1 Automotive manufacturingKnowledge of GD&T and Blueprint data interpretation3 years experience with stamping, welding and assembly processesComputer efficiency and systems knowledge in all required areas (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)Marwood is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive company culture.
