Schedule maintenance activities PM's order materials, supplies, spare parts.

Maintain inventory, prioritize tasks for maintenance staff

Assist in decision making and assist the Maintenance Manager in daily activities

Direct floor calls and act as back up for Maintenance Manager during absences

Assist to ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed

Assist to ensure team members receive training to correctly and safely operate equipment and machines

Ensure work areas are clean, neat and orderly

Directing and assisting team members to achieve work goals and objectives Assist in team building, motivation and conflict resolution

Assist with implementation of new principles and practices

Assist with departmental meetings

All other relevant duties

Key Requirements:
