Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in the tool and die shop

• Ensure optimal tooling technology and equipment usage

• Train and lead teams performing tooling activities

• Review and analyze tooling performance for increased productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in technical trades in manufacturing

• Certificate of Qualification in Tool and Die Making

• 5 years experience in cold stamping die work

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage production performance metrics
