Rural Roads Health Services is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse for the Combined Unit at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll. This role focuses on patient-centered care and teamwork.

The nurse will work in a combined care environment with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comprehensive patient care. Emphasis is placed on strong assessment skills, communication, and the ability to thrive in demanding situations. Nurses will address various patient needs through effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations

• Work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare staff

• Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

• Deliver individualized care to ensure patient satisfaction

• Ensure the confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Cerner and Office software

• Required medical certifications must be maintained
