As part of the people
Care Management Team, the RAI Coordinator is responsible for leading RAI LTCF assessments, improving multidisciplinary documentation, and supporting on-site RAI users. Candidates must hold a valid RN or RPN certification and possess at least three years of relevant experience in a long-term care environment. Strong communication, analytical skills, and high-level computer competency are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multidisciplinary RAI users and provide on-site support
• Conduct RAI LTCF training and education for team members
• Ensure accurate data submission to the Canadian Institute of Health Information
• Oversee the development of efficient data collection processes
• Lead data accuracy audits and maintain the Nursing Restorative Program
Requirements:
• RN or RPN certification with a valid College of Nurses registration
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in long-term care
• High competency in computer and data management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with MOHLTC regulations and interRAI standards
