In this full-time role, you will support residents with daily activities while adhering to medical protocols under the guidance of the Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily routines, ensuring dignity and care
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Monitor residents' health and report changes effectively
• Engage in care plan development and evaluations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for high-quality care
Requirements:
• Certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with seniors and nursing assistants
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
