Emergency Registered Nurse at RRHS

Rural Roads Health Services is looking for a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. This role involves providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment, available for all shifts.

As a Registered Nurse with RRHS, you will play a key role in the 24/7 Emergency Department. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality emergency care, building positive relationships with patients and families, and collaborating with a dedicated team of medical professionals. Adherence to patient privacy and continuous professional development is vital for success in this temporary role, lasting until August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency care to patients in critical condition

• Collaborate effectively within a healthcare team

• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy

• Attend work regularly, including all shifts as needed

• Support families and ensure compassionate communication

Requirements:

• RN with a Certificate of Competence from Ontario

• Minimum 1 year critical care experience required

• Current B.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications

• Successful completion of critical care course preferred

• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical/Surgical settings
