Join Rural Roads Health Services as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. This temporary role focuses on providing critical care support 24/7 for patients.

The Emergency Department requires experienced Registered Nurses with a Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario. Candidates should have at least one year of recent Critical Care experience, ideally along with Medical/Surgical experience. Your ability to build positive relationships and maintain patient privacy is crucial for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 emergency care to patients

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality

• Support patients and families during crises

• Attend work regularly, adapting to shift changes

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse with Ontario certification

• Minimum 1-year recent Critical Care experience

• Preferred completion of Critical Care Course

• Current B.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certified

• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends
