Registered Nurse Emergency Department Position

Location: Tillsonburg

Rural Roads Health Services is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. This temporary contract offers vital support within a dynamic care environment.

Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario, along with at least one year of recent Critical Care experience. Successful teamwork and communication skills are key in providing optimal patient care and ensuring a collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care 24/7 to patients

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals onsite

• Ensure the confidentiality of patient information

• Support families and patients in crisis

• Be available for all required work shifts

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ontario

• Minimum of 1 year Critical Care experience

• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred

• Current certifications in B.L.S. and A.C.L.S.

• Flexible for weekend and holiday shifts
