Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications safely according to standards
• Document nursing assessments and care plans accurately
• Promote client self-care and preventative health education
• Support unregulated care workers through mentorship
• Collaborate to enhance the residents' quality of life
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• One year of experience in geriatric nursing
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
