Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and monitor prescribed medications accurately
• Follow up on resident concerns with effective communication
• Promote client education in health and self-care
• Support and mentor unregulated care staff
• Participate in developing comprehensive care plans
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) status with CNO
• Current BCLS and Medication Administration certifications
• One year experience in Geriatric Nursing
• Legal work eligibility in Canada
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
