Quality Shift Manager Position in Ontario

Location: Tillsonburg

This role at Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping requires you to effectively assist in the Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Management System (BMS). The ideal candidate will possess cold stamping experience and be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment. Alongside the Quality Manager, you will coordinate audit responses and facilitate training to maintain high quality throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of internal and external quality audits

• Implement PDCA for team corrective actions

• Generate requisitions for Quality Department requirements

• Review quality rejects and drive corrective actions

• Maintain Dimensional Schedule based on customer needs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality management

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent

• Strong lift capability up to 50 lbs

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in stamping industry preferred
