At IMT Precision, we are seeking a Quality Manager with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing. Your leadership will guide the Quality Department to assure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100. You’ll focus on quality processes such as Corrective Action and Risk Assessment, shaping best practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems
• Lead a manufacturing quality team
• Coordinate quality activities across departments
• Communicate quality requirements organization-wide
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Quality Assurance Certificate
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Certified in Core Quality Tools
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
