We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HSE Compliance Officer to join our HSE team. In this key position, you will champion Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) best practices across the business, supporting compliance with relevant legislation and driving a positive HSE culture through continuous improvement initiatives. Youll act as a key advisor across the organisation, ensuring we maintain and enhance our HSE management systems, comply with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and foster safe, sustainable working environments.

While the primary focus is the UK, youll also collaborate with our international affiliates to promote group-wide HSE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Management System & Compliance:
Maintain and continuously improve the HSE management system and documentation to ensure full compliance with UK legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and HSE best practice. Lead internal audits, manage third-party and regulatory audits, and ensure effective closure of all actions.
