Support worker - Complex Needs, Community

Location:

near Woodstock | Job Type: Full / part time | Salary: £13.60 per hour |

Hours:

20 - 30+ per week / bank work also available

We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers to provide essential care and support for a young man living independently near Woodstock. The role is crucial for helping our service user thrive in his home environment through dedicated support.

Day to day of the role
  • Implement good working practices and serve as a strong role model
  • Manage and implement meal plans, activity plans, and health living choices
  • Drive and accompany the client on outings
  • Complete care records both digitally and manually
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Administer medication and manage financial records
Required skills and qualifications
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with young adults with autism and learning disabilities
  • Commitment to making positive difference
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a car (essential)
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check
  • Minimum 2 years of referencing, including the current/ most recent employer
  • Full training will be provided
  • We are unable to offer sponsor ships
