Our regular shifts are Monday to Friday. No nights and no weekends! There is also the ability to work overtime. Pow offers a competitive compensation, health and dental benefits, LTD, LIFE and matched pension plan. We also reward our employees’ contributions through our profit-sharing plan. Additionally for our employees, we offer a clothing allowance, free parking and free products that we manufacture (some conditions apply).
