This position involves receiving, tracking, and weighing donations in a team environment, ensuring donations are handled safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage donation intake from donors
- Maintain a neat and organized donations area
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers and donation boxes
- Engage with donors by sharing information about charity partners and the organization's mission
- Work safely in different weather conditions
- Contribute to team efforts to provide excellent service and care for donated items
- At least 18 years old
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Organized and attentive to maintaining a clean workspace
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in changing weather
- Team player with a positive attitude
