We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part‑time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in veterinary medicine and a strong passion for client communication and patient care.

• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Process payments
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Support daily front‑desk operations in a fast‑paced environment
• Coordinate communication within the veterinary team

• Previous experience in veterinary medicine or customer service
• Strong passion for client communication and patient care
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week, including rotating weekends
• Preferred:
  Experience with veterinary software systems and handling high‑volume client interactions
