We are a Physician owned Family Practice group with 10+ practices throughout the Atlanta area.

We have a lucrative compensation that can net a Family Practice Physician 6 digits a month after building our patient panel.

Company wide, we consist of 100 employees and about 20 physicians.

Atlanta Magazine recognized 8 of our physicians as "Top Docs" In Atlanta in 2023 (More than Emory, Piedmont, and Well Star combined)

We are the perfect organization for any individual who is entrepreneurial and is driven by giving top patient care, while building a team of APPs that can produce a salary of 7 digits.

• At any point in the contract, the employed physician can move to a compensation only model which they would receive collections and be able to hire their own APP team.
• The average revenue per visit in our practice is $370 (includes all APPs) per visit. Average physician visit is $400 per visit. Some are as high as $450.
• The average number of visits per day per provider is around 15 to 16. Some see as many as 20 a day.
• Once you start building your APP team, you make an overside off their collections.
• We have a half dozen docs making over $100K a month. A MONTH!
• With our model, you would have autonomy in terms of working the days of week you want and taking unlimited vacation and having the autonomy to create the work life balance that you want.
• The employed APP would do the-inbox of the Doctor , fill out FMLA paperwork do all of the boring and troubled part of the practice that they to don't want to do.
• The APP would be your personal employee you would direct their Workflow and their tasks

• Will look at MD and DO
• Use EPIC
• Average census is between 12- 14. Some see over 17-18, some over 20.
• We believe that our providers should build their patient panel schedule the way they think is best for patient care and building their business.
• We mostly see ages 16+ but won't turn away a sick family with small children.
• Most our population is 30+
• Our call center fields over 600 calls a day leading to patient referrals for our partner sites
• We have great relationships with urgent care and vendors helping to grow our patient panel.
• Given our scheduling technology, we rarely have no shows.
• We already have a growing population of patients eager to join our new locations
• We do take care of Medicare patients but don't do Medicaid
