Fox is seeking a top caliber Fitness Specialist to join our growing team in the Woodstock, GA area. This position requires 4-6 hours per week and covers multiple locations:
Acworth, Woodstock, Canton, and Marietta.

Founded in 1998, Fox was the FIRST private practice in the country to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population.

This position entails the following responsibilities:

• Patient continuity: prescribe exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
• Excellent support system: receive leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager support.

• Must have one of the following: bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology; certified personal trainer preferred; or prior experience as a fitness trainer willing to become certified.
• Routine travel to patient residences and between Senior Living Communities.
• Expand territory as needed.
• Travel as needed per practice requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
