Project Manager; Roofing Division

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager who understands commercial and industrial roofing, especially in cold storage and thermal applications, and is ready to take full ownership of projects from start to finish.

• Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday

• Meadowwood Enterprises is a specialty contractor with a strong focus on thermal envelope systems, including membrane roofing, insulated metal panels, and underfloor insulation

• We manage vapor barriers from start to finish, minimizing coordination issues across trades

• Our team is based in Woodstock, GA, but our impact extends to large-scale cold storage and industrial projects across multiple regions

As a Project Manager for the Roofing Division, you'll oversee roofing projects focused on cold storage and thermally controlled environments. Your work will include planning, scheduling, site visits, and close collaboration with both clients and crews to keep jobs moving efficiently.

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial/industrial roofing projects

• Manage an annual project workload of $8-12 million

• Visit job sites monthly to monitor progress, safety, and quality

• Review drawings and project documents to ensure accurate execution

• Coordinate procurement of materials and scheduling of subcontractors

• Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and suppliers

• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments to stay on target

• Solve issues related to delays, manpower, or logistics as they arise

• Deliver projects on time and in alignment with performance goals

Location:

This role is based in Woodstock, GA, with monthly travel to project sites required.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial roofing

• Prior experience with cold storage or thermal building systems is strongly preferred

• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, typically totaling $8–12 million annually

• Comfortable with travel for monthly site visits

• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams and clients

• Familiar with basic software tools for managing schedules, budgets, and documents
