Transaction Closing Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
• Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow‑related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
• Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing

$30,000 - $50,000 yearly
