Aerie - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

Overview

As the Merchandise Leader, you support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest-ready through replenishment. You have strong attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to get the job done. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards (from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers).
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• Prioritize guest experience as the merchandising team’s top focus. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety in the Sales floor and Stockroom; support shrink-reduction strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting and time-management skills.
• You have flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a track record in retail work.
