Leak Detection Technician Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated individuals seeking a career, who want to join our team to perform swimming pool and spa detection and repairs.

• Perform leak detection on pools and spas to diagnose the cause of water loss.
• Conduct pool and spa repairs.
• Communicate with management, colleagues, and customers.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Work outdoors and away from the office.
• Master underground line tracking, video, ultrasonic, and infrared technologies.

• Enjoy being in a job that rewards intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient personnel who wear a uniform and have a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in plumbing, mechanical, electronics, or construction is a big plus.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal‑oriented, positive, optimistic, and with a great attitude.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to create well‑written and concise reports to describe the leak issue effectively.
• Self‑motivated, enjoys working independently, organized, and enjoys being self‑directed.
• Ability to swim (diving certificate a plus).
• Ability to undertake physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds.
