We are seeking a dependable and hands‑on Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor (4pm-1am) to oversee warehouse operations during the second shift. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and meeting productivity goals.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities during the second shift, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, picking/packing, and loading/unloading.
• Monitor employee performance, assign tasks, and provide training, coaching, and disciplinary guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety topics.
• Collaborate with other shift supervisors and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous workflow.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on shift performance.
• Resolve issues related to orders, equipment, or staffing in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed and ensure team is certified and compliant.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Proven experience operating stand‑up/each truck forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
