HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and
Schedule:
- Pay Range: $90- $105/hour
- Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available
- Shifts:
Flexible, based on your availability - Location:

HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Skills and
Qualifications:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
